To return an item to our company, please follow these steps:

1. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please examine your merchandise as soon as you receive it. For returns or exchanges, call us at (716) 693-0709 to request an RA number within 30 days of purchase date. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
2. We must receive your returned item within two weeks after the RA number is issued. Items returned after that will be charged a restocking fee.
3. All returned merchandise must be in original factory new condition and must include all original packaging materials in order to receive a refund or credit. Do not write on or use tape on factory packaging. Items in blister packs cannot be returned once opened. Wall mounted mirrors may NOT be returned once you have tried to mount them since we cannot resell them as new.
4. Pack carefully to prevent damage.
5. Send your returns prepaid UPS Ground or insured U.S. mail with the RA number written on the outside of shipping box. Please enclose a copy of your receipt along with a note letting us know why you are returning the item.
6. After item is inspected, a refund will be issued or an exchange processed. Refunds exclude shipping. If an item is returned that had free shipping, the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund. Our actual shipping cost will be deducted if it exceeded the amount that we originally charged you to ship the order. In certain cases, a restocking fee may also be deducted. If you receive a free or discounted item with purchase of another item, and you do not send back that item with your return, the regular price of the item will be deducted from any refund.

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel an order that has already been processed, we will do everything we can to honor your request. If we are able to stop the shipment, a cancellation fee of $5 or 5% of your order (whichever is higher) to cover our processing costs, will be deducted from your refund. If your order has already been shipped, just refuse delivery. Upon receipt of the unopened package we will issue a refund less original shipping/handling charges, return freight charges and cancellation fees. Our actual shipping cost will be deducted if it exceeded the amount that we originally charged you to ship the order. Custom orders are not cancelable.
